Weber Bbq Grills

I just got a new Charcoal Grill, we are use to grilling with gas. The steaks we did tonight were great but we were shocked because they cooked so fast over the hot coals. Is there a secret how to get the temperature down but keep heat long enough to grill chicken quarters or roastbeef? Please help me learn some basic grilling sense fast.
where do you get a drip pan to fit a webber 22 1/2inch kettle? Is the metal plate under the grill to catch ashes or is that a drip pan?

I’m thinking about getting a NG grill w/ an island. Searched many places. Can anyone tell me where to look up the recommends of the various brands (Capital, Outdoor Cooking Systems, etc.)? Consumer reports only has the Sears, Weber, & other cheap brands that I don’t care for.

My grill needs to be replaced again. This is my second Weber grill and I hate this one more than the other one. One side is hotter than the other and flare up is horrible. Any suggestions for a good grill? I don’t want to spend more than 0/0 on one. Thanks!

I’m looking to buy my husband a new grill for Father’s Day, but due to vehicle repairs and moving expenses, I’m not going to have a lot of extra money to put into it. Weber grills are out of my price range. I found one at Sears, a Char-Broil brand, for 0. Has anyone ever used this brand, what was your experience? Also looking for other brand recommendations around that price. Thanks!

Seriously, can you put them on a grill to cook, for how long, and will they taste good?

My boyfriend and I are relishing our brand new propane grill – we had a cute little weber charcoal grill before, but it was tiny. Now we are looking for new ways to cook anything we can get our hands on.

Right now, I have a bunch of chicken marinating in speedie sauce, and I would like carrots to go with it. Can I grill them, or should I just be too embarrassed to even think of such a thing and boil them instead?

I would have to say FIVE GUYS Burgers and Fries. They are the best burgers other than the ones I cook on my Weber Grill at home.

I’m remodeling my back yard and having a custom made bbq installed. It will be a bbq island with tile, etc. I have to buy a grill that the contractor will build into the island. I’ve been to bbq galores, but want to know what else is out there. Does weber make a grill that will work for this? I checked online and did not find much.

I am 26 and have a B.A. good people skills. I wouldnt mind giving the restaurant industry a shot…though most of my life i have managed or worked in an office. i live in schaumburg where there are 10 restaurants on every block: here are a few:
TGIF, weber grill, joes crab shack, red lobster, hooters (not interested), fuddruckers, pf chang’s, red robin, cheesecake factory, etc. etc.

i cook out 1-2 tmes weekly for 6-7 months

Ok, I recently purchased a home and my block has a block party for Labor Day. I alo purchased a grill but I have NEVER grilled a day in my life!!! HELP!!! What should I girll besides the basic, hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken. Also, is grilling that difficult, I purchased a charcoal grill, a Weber very nice.

I am looking to replace the "Flavor Bars" on my genesis grill by weber and they offer two different types, porcelqin enqmel qnd stainless steel.

this is supposed to help dry age your steaks, is this true, i have heard that dry aging steaks takes about two to three weeks.also i have a extra fridge can i turn that into a permanent dry age room stek room/device thanks.

My Weber brand gas grill is coughing. It’s got two burners, and when you light it, the fire is supposed to spread over to both burners. However, that does not happen. I thought the small holes that inject the gas were blocked so I used a steel brush trying to open them but that did not help. Now I think the gas pipe is blocked, so I’m wondering how to remove the blockage. Any ideas?

I have a Weber q portable grill and don’t want to spend money on their stand since it seems expensive for what you get. I’m wondering if it’s safe to put it on an outdoor table, and what material, glass, wood or plastic (I imagine plastic wouldn’t be good). I want to use it in my backyard but not on the floor.

hi there, I am now looking at a Kingsford 18.5" kettle grill. Is it good, bad, or ugly, compared with the Weber kettle grill?

Ok, please don’t laugh…but I have never cooked chicken on the grill. I bought two really nice chicken breasts at the butcher today and would like to make them for dinner.

So how do I do it? I know how to use the grill and everything, it’s a Weber Genesis gas grill, I just need to know how long to cook them and at what heat. Also should I pound them down a little so they’re the same thickness? Any tips you all have would be great!

We currently have a non-Weber kettle grill and it’s got some issues. I believe he’d like a new one. Something with trays or tables. We can’t afford anything too expensive. I need to stay under 0 if possible. Which do you recommend?

My grill is perfectly fine except for the bottom rack that the charcoal resides on while cooking (NOT the actual food grilling rack surface, that part is in good condition.) Is this safe to cook with? Once again the grill is fine except for the rack that holds the charcoal, that’s the only part with surface rust.
